Tamara Loehr
Tamara is a globally recognised and award-winning entrepreneur, including a Gold Stevie Award in New York for Fast Growth, Fast Starter Top 20 and 3rd place in Smart Company.
Tamara started her first business at the age of 19 years old after graduating from university with a Bachelor of Visual Arts. This marketing agency is still in operation and services national and international clients, as well as the businesses she owns under her investment company.
Tamara and her agency specialized in online sales which led her to become a sort-after expert on the topic. Tamara travels internationally speaking on the topic of how to grow businesses online, as well as sharing her experience in growing wellness brands from under $1M to over $10M without capital.
Tamaraâs focus is now on ethical brands in the Beauty and Wellness space. All her brands follow a strict mandate; Vegan, Cruelty-free, clean, female founded, sustainable and impactful.
Tamara has since delved into the world of Community Channel Marketing (CCM) which aims to disrupt the Multi-level Marketing (MLM)/direct selling industry. Her online marketplace (www.beusail.com) is designed to promote ethical brands, whilst developing the next wave of female entrepreneurs.
Tamara believes entrepreneurs will solve the worldâs problems, not governments. Tamara stands for âbusiness for goodâ with giving embedded as a cost of goods. Tamara has partnered with Buy1Give1 to positively impact the world through their commitment to the U.N. Sustainability Goals.
Originally a member of The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), reaching the presidency in under three years. With her business interests now being in America, Tamara is a founding member of the first Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Impacts Chapter, North Star, as well as a YPO Hollywood member. Tamara graduated the Entrepreneurs Masters Program at MIT in Boston (also known as the âBirthing of Giantsâ) in 2019 and is now an Alumni member.
Natalie Nichols
Natalie Nichols is aâDigital Marketing and Technology specialist. Her passion is helping businesses find the âsweet spotâ for their digital marketing and to help âtameâ the technology required to realise it. In addition to working with clients, Natalie is also a fiction author and a sought after and entertaining speaker on writing, technology and business.
Technology and business have been the mainstays of her career and she has operated and held positions at the highest level, as well as founding her own companies. Natalieâs experience is expansive and includes applications, infrastructure and hosted/managed services across a multitude of industries, corporate and government.
Throughout her career, Natalie has been responsible for developing technology products, strategies and roadmaps. As well as managing portfolios of projects, contracts and vendors, with values often exceeding $50M and with a high public profile.
Her communication and interpersonal skills have underpinned Natalieâs success. She has a warm and engaging personality which resonates with both clients and team members.
Since before 2000, when she founded her first business, Natalie has been directly responsible for acquiring and securing new business as well as managing existing clients through a variety of roles. Natalie believes the key challenge all businesses face is attracting and retaining the perfect client. The product and service only go so far. Itâs the relationship that keeps people coming back. Marketing today is about how these relationships can be created not only via traditional means but also through digital opportunities.
For the last eight years, Natalie has been honing her digital marketing skills with specialisations in social media advertising and driving traffic to attract and convert the âperfect clientâ for businesses.
Natalie enjoys living the coastal lifestyle of South East Queensland with her very tolerant husband and two school aged children. Although, she is often in trouble for spending way too much time in front of a computer! Her one wish would be to fit 48 hours into 24.
